WHAT WE BELIEVE

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction,

and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

The Bible is the inspired Word of God.

God is one Being existing in 3 persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is the eternal Son of God who was born of a virgin, lived a perfectly obedient life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into Heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of the Father in Heaven.

The Holy Spirit has the ministries of convicting, regenerating, indwelling, sealing, enlightening, instructing, and guiding.

Mankind fell into sinful rebellion when Adam and Eve sinned.

This fall created the need for all mankind to have a Savior. That salvation is only by faith in Jesus Christ, not our good works. He made our salvation possible by his death, burial and resurrection.

God has chosen to do His work through His church, the body of believers.

Baptism and communion are ordinances that the church must observe.

One day, at a time not known by any, Jesus will victoriously and visibly return.
