This past Sunday we celebrated all that God has done in and through Uniontown. It was a joyful morning filled with gratitude to the Lord for allowing us to be on this journey together: to love God most and love others best.
We also handed out our new 2025/2026 Strategy Books. These books are packed with opportunities and vision for the year ahead. At their core, they’re an invitation: an invitation to go deeper than simply attending on Sunday mornings. We love Sundays—we love worshipping together, hearing God’s Word, and responding to Him. But we also know Sundays don’t provide much space to build deeper relationships or practice discipleship in community.
That’s why we’ve created many different opportunities for you to step into—whether through growing, learning, or serving. Many of you are already engaged in these smaller settings, and that’s wonderful. If you’re not yet connected, we encourage you to take that step intentionally and proactively. Don’t just add busyness—step into purpose.
This Sunday, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, sign up, and explore where God may be calling you. You can also visit utown.org/nextsteps and take action today.
And here’s a challenge: if you’ve been connected in a smaller setting for a while, look around. Who isn’t yet connected? Invite them in. Sometimes all someone needs is your personal invitation to walk alongside you.
Our heart is simple: that everyone who calls Uniontown home would be plugged into a smaller setting, be discipled to look more like Jesus, and live out our calling to love God most and love others best.
