Barn & Farmhouse Sale

We’re making great progress in working with the county toward the sale of the farmhouse and barn property. A huge thank you to everyone who helped clean out the barn and farmhouse—your efforts have brought us one step closer to being ready for sale! The land will soon be perc tested, as required by the county, and we’ve already completed a land survey and are in the process of redrawing the plot for sale. We’re excited to share more updates with you in the coming months.

Summer Missions Trips

Uniontown is sending out multiple mission teams this summer to serve globally:

  • Dominican Republic (July)– 17 students and leaders from our youth ministry will be serving in Jarabacoa.

  • FUGE Camp (June) – 37 students and adults will head to serve and grow in faith together in Virginia Beach.

  • Ketty’s House (August) – A team will visit the orphanage we sponsor and continue our close partnership.

  • Lighthouse Trip (August, September, October)– Three UBC Lighthouse trips are planned to Boone, NC in August, September and October to help rebuild after Hurricane Helene.

All of these trips require significant funding. If you’d like to support one of these teams, please consider giving above and beyond your regular offering at utown.org/give.

If you are interested in a future Lighthouse Trip, join us for an informational meeting on June 1 after the 11:00 am service.

Baby Bottle Campaign

Starting today, we’re participating in the Baby Bottle campaign for our local partner, the Alpha Pregnancy Center. At our Local Outreach table you can pick up baby bottles to fill with your spare change, cash, or check. Bottles with donations are due back by Father's Day, June 15. Every filled bottle helps Alpha continue to educate, support, and empower women facing unplanned pregnancies with compassionate and professional medical care during and after pregnancy.

Budget & Financial Update

As we approach the end of our fiscal year, our leadership has prayerfully proposed a slight increase to the upcoming year’s budget. More details will be shared at the start of the new fiscal year.

Currently, we are behind our anticipated giving by ($94,452). Many have asked whether this shortfall will affect our ministries—thankfully, we’ve been good stewards of what’s been given. We have maintained a 37% reserve fund, and we have worked hard to keep our expenses under budget this year.

We are still in a strong financial position. God continues to bless Uniontown and its ministries, and we are deeply grateful for your faithful giving and support of Kingdom work both locally and around the world.
