When you come on Sundays, please remember the following:

  • Please take your child's temperature at home before leaving for church. If they have a fever or symptoms of any kind, please do not attend in person. Instead, choose to watch the livestream service at 9 am and Sunday School at 10:05 am at utown.org.
  • We encourage you to have your children use the restroom at home or prior to dropping them in their classrooms. We can only accommodate bathroom breaks for emergencies during class time.
  • Children 5+ (K-5th grade) and all Children's Ministry Volunteers are required to wear masks at all times. Masks are not required for children under the age of 5.
  • Children should not bring anything from home to their classrooms (favorite toys, dolls, etc.).
  • Snacks will no longer be offered in our Preschool and Toddler classes.
  • We will be creating a touch-less environment that includes volunteer-assisted child check-in, new classroom configurations, and more.
  • Visit the main Registration area in front of the church building upon arrival to get your seats for the main worship service and your child's check-in stickers for their classroom.

Registering to attend our 11 am Sunday morning service does not register your child for Sunday School. This is a separate and limited registration. Those attending the main service must register at utown.org/services. Children attending the 11 am Sunday school must register here on November 4 at 7 pm.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION: A FAMILY NIGHT

All children are welcome

We are on mission to encourage and equip parents to be the primary spiritual influence in the lives of their children. Our team of volunteers is passionate about seeing all children develop a growing relationship with Jesus, be changed by Him, and live out the gospel in their home, school and activities during the week.

We offer care for children from birth-2 years old in our Infant and Toddler Nurseries.  Sunday school classes for children age 3 years-5th grade are currently on a three-year journey through The Gospel Project for Kids.  Each week we study God’s unified story of redemption as the gospel of Jesus is woven through every lesson.

We look forward to serving your family through all aspects of Children’s Ministry and are excited to partner with you on your parenting journey.

Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other. We have the best team of volunteers, all committed to your child’s safety and your peace of mind while participating in programs at Uniontown. All Children’s Ministry volunteers undergo a series of reference checks, a background check, and interview prior to working with children.

Contact our Children's Ministry Director, Jen Wood. Jen would love to talk to you more about what happens in our Children's Ministry and answer any questions you may have about Sunday classes, other programs, or opportunities to serve.
